Good Monday morning, everyone.

I wanted to congratulate our November winner of the $100 Visa Gift Card but she didn’t want it. Since she is an executive at USTA Southern California, and I know they make a ton of money in those jobs despite being a nonprofit, I’m ok with it.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving and the Christmas Season, I decided to donate the money to the Holy Family Service Center at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Studio City (Moorpark + Lankershim). They feed and shower the homeless and do a wonderful job helping people who can't help themselves. Click on the QR Code for more information and to donate.

This week, we are happy to welcome Valter Tennis at the Billie Jean King Tennis Center in Long Beach to our listings. Check them out if you live in the area.
